Janice
Centre Manager
Janice brings over 14 years of experience in early childhood education, including seven years in early learning settings across Melbourne and Canberra, Australia. She has worked with both neurotypical children and children on the autism spectrum.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, both earned from reputable institutions in Australia.
During her time in Canberra, Australia, she was professionally trained by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), speech pathologist, and occupational therapist. These experiences sparked her deep passion for supporting children with autism and special needs. She previously worked at a renowned Early Intervention Centre for children with autism in Canberra.

Enia Alberto
Clinical Supervisor
Enia Alberto is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with more than two decades experience in the disability and education sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master Degree in Staff Training and Development and a second Master Degree in Special Education. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Education with a focus on Special Education and Inclusion.
She is a clinical supervisor and passionate about helping children and educators reach their full potential. She has worked in special schools and programs in multiple countries including Brazil, the USA and Australia. She is also a co-founder and supporter of a non-profit organization in the Dominican Republic called Ayudar Es Posible ("It's possible to Help") which focuses on the support of underprivileged children and families.

Karen Ip
Volunteer Speech Pathologist
Karen Ip is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) and a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Karen graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) in 2007. She has worked in a variety of settings in Australia including the Community Health Centre, District Hospital, Public School and Therapy ACT.
Karen established her private practice in March 2010. She has started working as a clinical supervisor in 2020, providing clinical support and supervision to graduates and clinicians at a local speech pathology practice and interstate.
