As a Behavioural Therapist, you'll:

  • Implement individualised early intervention plans.

  • Deliver one-to-one and small-group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices (ABA Therapy).

  • Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.

  • Monitor, document, and report progress to supervisors.

  • Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development.

  • Prepare therapy materials, session notes and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, Special Education, or a related field (or willingness to pursue relevant training).

  • Patient, compassionate, and child-centred approach.

  • Willingness to learn and apply evidence-based intervention strategies.
