As a Behavioural Therapist, you'll:

Implement individualised early intervention plans.

Deliver one-to-one and small-group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices (ABA Therapy).

Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.

Monitor, document, and report progress to supervisors.

Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development.

Prepare therapy materials, session notes and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
Requirements and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, Special Education, or a related field (or willingness to pursue relevant training).

Willingness to learn and apply evidence-based intervention strategies.
